      The Internet is ok, although not to the speeds advertised. The TV portion is bad. All Summer the videos are unwatchable and tech support says it’s something to do with the sun. Their cloud DVR is horrible. Don’t bother recording your movies or shows, as they disappear on their own, sometimes over 1/2 your recordings will be gone! Tech support tells you they put in redundant technology so this can’t happen again. The next time they say it’s a glitch in their system and the last time (I’m still waiting for their new lie!). Better off with Direct TV via satellite or via over the Internet.
