    Three weeks ago on Sunday, I meet old neighbors at this winery after dinner and drinks, for wine tasting.I and my neighbor wife **** went in first to try the different wines, when her husband ran back with their car to pick up item he had bought earlier.The bartender gave us a sheet to pick three samples, said nothing about cost charges, nor did we see and posted sign telling of charges.we each had two when i knew what i wanted, as well as **** who's not a big wine drinker.Her husband joined us, **** had couple samples himself before ordering five bottles he liked from previous visits.I ordered a bottle, told i owed $26.00 something, gave her ***** (2-$20.00) and got $3.07 back.I put $3.00 tip in jar and left, not thinking about what i paid total.Said good by to my friends and started home.As i'm driving it registered **** paid $90.00+ for five bottles, and i $36.93 for one, so i called back to the winery, told the guy that answered what happened.He finally took my name and number, for management to get back to me.After few day with no response, i called and got hold of a ******************, who said they charged $7.50, unless you buy four bottles or more of wine.This being said my friends had free tasting,for their five bottle purchased, and at most i would be charged $7.50.They charged me for my friends wife samples, without asking if we were married.I've tried to explain this couple times, and they refused to answer or reimburse the minimum of my friends wife charge 7.50 they charged me.

    We sell product (wine/ wine tastings) and the service (bartending) in exchange for customer's fee.
