    Given a "ZERO" rating !!! Place honored their warranty for defective item due to SHODDY ******************* separation & paint peel). They claimed they don't ship to ****** anymore but would honor it one time. Then when they did they ; A) sent the wrong item B) sent a broken item C) sent an item that was built in 2020 from the back corner of their Warehouse (damage box and not packaged properly D) sent item non-prepaid and customs brokers charging me more than item is worth (it wasn't worth anything) E) They sent a packing slip for the correct RMA item which was worth $111.99usd. Item they sent was totally different and only worth $50usd. Company has no phone number as the one here on ****** is disconnected and they're **************** refused to send me a phone number to speak to someone after 2months of numerous emails to *** and to them. They now refuse to honor the warranty and stated they can no longer do anything for me.
