    My family has been working with Horner Plumbing since 2010 as they plumbed our new home in 2010. Tens of thousands of dollars, countless plumbers, and numerous schedulers later, I will no longer work with this company as their follow up, common courtesy, and professional decorum are long gone. In late 2022, I contacted Horner about replacing a tub faucet (for my son who has cp and quadriplegia) that they installed in 2010. After many phone calls and emails (and lots of double talk), the job was completed in June of 2023! I attributed this to "COVID recovery and renewal." That was my first mistake! In January of 2024, I contacted their scheduler to express my concern with leaky toilets and noted they replaced the Kohler fill and flush valves months prior only for them to continue leaking. The sent a plumber who spent most of his visit talking about his son's inability to pay his mortgage among other family issues. Then, he informed me that he took pictures of a defective tub spout, lift and turn, but had to order parts for the toilets. He returned days later and replaced the fill valves, took additional pictures of the tub spout, and said the parts had not arrived, and since toilets were still leaking would have to order and replace flush valves and flappers. Two months elapse so I contact the scheduler in March who stated my account was past due and that I owed $1,036.61 for 4.5 hours of work-3.0 to ascertain leak, and 1.5 to replace fill vales that were under warranty!! I expressed my dismay, so he magically reduced the price to $828.84 including the tub spout, and lift and turn, neither of which I've seen as they have not been replaced! This company has lost its sense of service, follow up, and appreciation for long-term customers. If zero were an available rating, that is what they would receive for a "score."
