This is the 1st of over 40 clubs to open in the area all are running against herbal lifes club rules. The owners have made the people in these clubs dish out over *****k to start their own club with promises that they will make tons of money. They require the operators to buy tons of inventory. They require that their dad do their store build out. They require that everyone sign a form that they are in charge of each store and if they person who is on the lease and pays the bills decides to do anything but herbal life club out of the space they have to go and someone else can fill the space. A lot of the club runners do not have a food and safety license. They are running these herbal life clubs like regular mom and pop shake and merchandise shops ranging from clothes to cups etc with the club logos on it. The original people that have started these clubs ****************************** and ****** are showing off their fancy houses and cars bought on the backs of all these people they have convinced to open clubs saying these ppl will one day have all these things. The are charging for beverages and that is against herbal life club rules, they are supposed to only offer sampling, they are not supposed to list or charge for individual prices for these products or ingredients. also in the rules is that nutrition clubs may not operate on the premises of retail establishments. and goes on to say that retail establishments primary activity is the onsite sale or delivery of goods to consumers and they do that. they deliver numerous drinks to the schools or hospitals or businesses. it goes on to also say that if a person comes in and is unwilling to sign up with herbal life they can only offer them a complimentary sample drink not charge the person for a whole drink. All of these clubs have big open windows in the front with welcome signs and post all over social media the flavors of the day. How are these people allowed to violate all the rules and make a killing on deceiving the public
