      I bought the wrong size pump and returned it within the 30-day period for returns, they got me my money back, great. Then I talked with their customer "help" department to get the correct size pump for certain this time. That didn't work out not, only was the inlet the wrong size, but motor is underpowered for my application. If you know what you want and need the product seems just fine, but if you need help go somewhere else.

      This is a horrible company to do business with and would highly staying away from them even if their prices seem lower then most other suppliers. They shipped me the wrong product and after I sent it back to them, they will not give me the full credit back. I am being forced to file suit against them today.

      The product in question, is a SOLAR COVER, which was marketed as a high-quality item with a guaranteed lifespan of three years. However, shortly after just one year of use, it began to disintegrate, releasing microplastic particles that are harmful to the environment. This leads us to suspect that the company is aware of the product's inherent defects and that the stated guarantee policy of three years is misleading and disingenuous.The malfunctioning solar cover of the pool caused damages our plumbing system, resulting in substantial expenses for cleaning and repairs.We demand that the company rectify this situation by providing us with a fair resolution but the warranty is a *************** support rude.Highly discourage buying from this company.

      I was sent two different pool liners, both of which were defective and split at the seams. When I contacted them I was given the runaround and told to call the manufacturer who told me to talk to the company I bought it from. The second time it ripped the pool was full of water so it destroyed my pool and now all they are willing to do is refund 50% of the cost of the liner.
