    September 15th $660.87 was charged for cylinder re-plate work by Millennium Technologies. All work was done in house by Millennium Technician including the filing to fit piston rings to cylinder. This important step was not done correctly and caused catastrophic failure during engine break-in. After contacting the company about the issue, zero communication regarding what happened to the engine was relayed to me after being told I would be speaking with a technician giving me details on what went wrong and what they were going to do to fix it. The Re plating of the cylinder was not performed, just a cover-up band-aid fix of honing the cylinder wall taking off the expensive plate i had payed them for to apply. Instead of re-applying a new cylinder plate only a honing was performed. I have been left in the dark after reaching out several times via email. I have received shipping confirmation that the part has left their facility, but is being shipped to the wrong address after stating the shipping address via email. The mistake Millennium has made has cost me an Extra $120 and a month of waiting for parts. I would greatly appreciate a full refund.

    Mr. ******* cylinder and head were repaired under our Warranty policy at no cost. This policy can be found on our website, www.mt-llc.com, and is also printed on the back of the invoice copy each customer receives when their item is returned.


    The original service we performed on Mr. ******* ****** 250 cylinder was not complete.
    We missed the clean and hand lapping of the head. Unfortunately,it was shipped back to **************** before it was known.

    **************** contacted us informing us of the missed service,we promptly refunded the full amount he was charged of $52.95.
    He also mentioned there was streaking in the cylinder bore and sent our sales technician pictures of what he was stating.

    Our sales technician sent a prepaid return label for his cylinder and head. Once it arrived, we sent it through as a Rush Warranty to ensure it received high priority for repair and was returned to **************** in the fastest amount of time possible.


    **************** was not billed for return shipping of his item to us for evaluation / warranty repair, and he was not billed for return shipping of his repaired items, this was covered under our warranty policy.
    We regret his experience with us was less than perfect and as a Good Faith gesture, we have put a credit on his account with us, for one Free ************************* of any ***** and up single cylinder.
    This credit will have no expiration date and will include free shipping of his single cylinder to us for service, and free return shipping. All he needs to do is give us a call and talk to one of our sales representatives so they can create and send a call tag to pick up his item for repair.


    We extend our sincerest apology for the less than perfect service he received. Our goal is to provide the best product possible, and we regret that did not happen. We will contact **************** and inform him of his credit.
