    While I'm sure the products are great, poor communication will keep me from ordering. I drove 20 min to pick up my order. I took the only brown bag out of the bin on the property I was directed to. I hadn't even opened it yet when I got a message saying I took the wrong order. I was rudely told I took from the wrong bin. It was the only bin I noticed. I was then told the bin was the tall built in mailbox looking thing. I was told I should have read the name. That name was tiny, less than an inch off to a corner. There was no sign on the bin, she insisted there was. It was a windy day maybe it blew away. I was told it was my job to bring the order back or she would call the police & tell them I stole the products. I own a small business and was shocked by the way this was handled. She would not accept any responsibility for the error. Very immature.
