      I was in an accident on Dec. 18th in Aldies parking lot. *********************** ran into the side of my car. She would not move the vehicles until her boy/ man friend came as she was not knowledgeable about accidents. I had mentioned she was failing to yield, as I was in the thorough fair, and she was coming out of parking area. When " ***" arrived. ( her boy/ man friend) he looked at the situation a n d told her. " Honey you broadsided him, you are at fault for not yielding. At that point we had pictures taken of vehicles positions. We then looked at damage to my car. Her truck only had scrapes to her bumper left front. My car was hit between front pass. door and front fender. At that point they said they did NOT want police or insurance involved. I had already called Neensh PD. ****** was in a rush to leave. So she gave me what insurance info she had. They asked me to get estimates and then we would settle it. I got 3 estimates and sent pictures of them to her on Dec 28th. She immediately replied that she was not involved and I should deal with her insurance agent. I called **** Co. On Dec 29 and talked to " ****" . She told me "*****" the agent was not in. But that ****** did report the accident. She told me someone would contact me right after the holidays. Nobody reached out. So on Jan. 11, I called again. I was transferred to "***" whom was a manager/ supervisor. He apologized and said that yes there is an accident reported. That within 24 to ******************************************************* It has now been 1 month since the accident ! Nobody has reached out to me. I feel that for some reason they think that this is some sort of scam. And if they ignor me long enough. That I will just go away. I have approximately $2000.00 in damages. And my front pass side door does not work correctly. I reached out to officer ******* who responded after we were gone. He gave me DOT crash report. Confermation # **D1082902. HELP ME !

      We did a thorough review of our agencys handling and assistance once being contacted by you. ***, who you first spoke with on January 9, immediately looked into the claim status and confirmed there was a claim filed with your insurance company. It was found that the claim occurred nearly 2 weeks before it was reported. Our records indicate that *** gave you the adjusters name and contact information, and even informed the adjuster you were waiting to be contacted to discuss the claims process. Please contact the adjuster to inquire the status.

      Unfortunately, we dont have control with the claims handling process or timing once its with the adjuster at your insurance company, but rest assured that it will be handled as able based on the volumes they are experiencing. We understand your frustrations and will also follow up again on our end as well in hopes this can be resolved for you soon.
