    I feel compelled to share my experience with Bath Bomb Xpress to help others avoid the frustration I went through. In May 2024, I placed an order for a soap stamper machine, expecting to receive it in time for a crucial client project in August. Despite repeated attempts to get updates, I was left without clear communication or a product. After months of delays and follow-ups, my order was finally canceled in August, far too late for me to make alternative arrangements. While I did receive a refund, Bath Bomb Xpress promised to send me a free unit if they resolved the technical issues with the machine. Unfortunately, it’s now been over two months, and I haven’t heard anything further from them or received the machine. My biggest frustration was the complete lack of communication throughout the process. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates, only to be met with delays and vague responses. This led to my client missing their deadline, which significantly impacted my business. To make matters worse, when I attempted to leave an honest review about my experience, Bath Bomb Express actively tried to suppress it. Instead of addressing the situation, they expressed disappointment with me for trying to post a negative review. It’s important to note that this review was a fair reflection of my experience, and their attempt to prevent it from being seen only adds to my concerns about their business practices. If you're considering ordering from Bath Bomb Xpress, be prepared for potential delays, poor communication, and attempts to hide unfavorable reviews. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before placing an order with them.
