      Transaction occurred 08/14/2023 The owner attempted "bait and switch" by advertising a price of $197.46 for window tinting and subsequently attempted to offer a different tint service for a higher price. Since, I refused the higher price tint, the owner purposely applied the tint improperly. The owner admitted that the tint was done improperly, but gave me a partial refund of $100.00.Owner has refused to provide me with a receipt for the transaction stating that it would be emailed to me. However, I have not received the receipt in my email.The owner advertised a five year warranty on the tinting services, but has refused to honor the warranty.

      First of all he never schedule appointment with me his wife did any way long story short at any place you offered different types of services and materials I clearly explained that for both of them I told them this type of tint I used it for rental cars and my clients keep it for 3 weeks one month top and remove it and has no warranty on it but any tint is going to be good for at least 3 years but never give them warranty on this tint he was went to go with the middle quality but his wife said no give me the cheapest one and I told both of them is not good if you thinking to keep the car and said my clients they keep it for 3 weeks and remove it they said we dont want to remove it I said its up to you but is no warranty on it the still want it.

      His wife messaged me on ******** saying shes having some problems with the tint like bubbles I messaged her back explaining again what her options in this situation I told her I cant do anything with it since come with no warranty if you want me put better tint is going to be $229 for the new tint plus $149 tint removal and Im going to wave the $149 since the tint is hasnt been long time on the car she said will be up there Saturday morning the show up and I have to explain for both of them again them options hes start yelling at ********* his voice i handed myself and I scheduled him for Monday morning for removing the tint his wife came in the morning I removed the tint and clean the glass I refund it $100 on card even I dont do refund in my business because they cant refund the time to me I told her Im referring $100 because Im going to pay tax on the transaction you guys made and processing fees and Im charging you for the material because I cant reuse it shes agreed to that and made me send her a massage on messenger saying I refund $100. Now they come complain to you guys..

       just for your information theyre is no refund on lobar because they cant refund my time I spent working on the car.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The business owner still refuses to provide me a receipt for the services that he rendered, which were substandard based on the normal standard of window tinting.  The business owner's statements are inaccurate and he attempted "bait and switch" and provided a poor window tint job in order to coerce me into purchasing the higher priced tint.  The business owner used a tint percent on my vehicle that was illegal and exposed the following penalties:

       Approximately $25 for a "fix it" ticket as your first warning

       Approximately $100 for a first illegal window tint ticket

      Approximately $200 for a second tint ticket

      I dont know what is the problem here or what is the issue because for my understanding you wasnt happy with my service now you complaining about I used it illegal percentage on your car I believe you old enough to make your choices and be responsible for them I told you what ** laws is for the tint which is 50% on the 2 front (driver and passenger) 35% on the back seat along with the rear windshield and you choose to go with 20% now if I buy liquor from grocery store and drink it While Im driving whos responsible for my actions if I get in accident
