Attorney ***** **** is residing over ************ now in the final stages of closing ,in which has many issues that should of been investigated.******** has opted to ignore all concerns" for months and kept putting the estate into yet the next phase, without investigating prior issues thus allowing issues to remain unresolved ,and accumulate.Important issues such as " missing finances from estate" have gone so long ignored that is has helped the thief get away with it.I have supplied Attorney **** with recordings of the executor lying about a missing wallet, first recording claiming he had taken it along with other important things from residence (before ever being nominated and without permission to even enter residence, illegal entry) ,only later to tell my siblings at a meeting the wallet was missing, however this is not all the recordings I've supplied nor is it the only shady happening in the ordeal.I wouldnt advise anyone to use this Attorney for anything as he only favors those he feels are relevant in society and the executor is a Pastor" heaven forbid someone questions him"! There is a long string of oddities, and other questionable happenings that are shady and quite compelling that somethings not right , he should not of been kept on Dads estate as executor .I have practically wrote Attorney **** a book of information sending through email, faxes but yet nothing ever got done,or even acknowledged. There are many things I haven't even bothered to bring up to Attorney **** as he would not even look at the stuff I sent already. Now of recent I recieve a letter about closing estate and have to sign a paper to even get a check as of right now 9/ 25/24 . I'm about to sign it " under duress" because I want completely disconnect from the executor and the Attorney due to their actions. Its been almost a year, and I've not even begun to get closure on Dads death because of the open continuous wombs this Attorney along with executor has kept rubbing salt in.
