      If I could give them a negative 5 I would.I had a furnace installed back in October and I've had to have them come back over 8times Last week I had water pouring into my furnace.The technician was swearing at me and when I asked him about the water in the furnace he said "Water evaporates"I only wanted him to show me the ceiling where the water was leaking in. It took him two minutes for him to do it. And about 10 minutes of him arguing with me.At one point he said that he wasn't the one that has the leak and then he said that he would leave because I was upset. Very poor customer service. How do you not be upset with the whole situation?

We recognize that having to make multiple service calls can be quite aggravating, and we always aim to resolve issues as efficiently as possible.That said, we feel its necessary to clarify that the interaction between you and our technician appears to reflect an emotional response rather than an accurate representation of the service provided. We understand that you perceived that technician as rude, as we prioritize professionalism and respect in all customer interactions. The technicians comments, including the remark about water evaporating, were likely meant to clarify the situation, but we regret if they came across as dismissive or inappropriate. In addition, please note that this technician is no longer with our company.

      We also understand that it can be challenging to remain calm when faced with unexpected problems. However, we encourage all our customers and team members to engage in respectful communication to achieve the best possible outcomes. From our perspective, the situation seemed to escalate unnecessarily, and we wish it could have been handled in a more constructive way.We appreciate your feedback and are dedicated to continuously enhancing our customer service.
