    We had a refrigerator delivered and set up on Dec. 6th 2022 by a third party through ******* called Cala Special Cargo. The movers who I believe are also the owners of the company had the dolly slip with the refrigerator on it and hit my car causing a dent on my car worth $4000 in damage. They left without saying a word to me about hitting my car. I immediately called the number for them with no answer. I filed a claim the next day with ******* who moved the claim to Cala Special Cargo. We have been trying to resolve the issue with them but they do not want to get the insurance companies involved and will only fix the car if we were to take it to a family owned body shop and say they can fix it for $300. There is more damage to the car then $300.
