      I signed a contract with Get-R-Done in August of 2019 to paint our home. The contract indicated that there was a 5 year-warranty. The work was completed in October of 2019. During the Fall of 2021 and Spring/Summer of 2022 the house began peeling very badly. It needs repainting in many areas. After numerous phone call and messages, *********************************** agreed to come out and take a look at the house. He came, along with a woman named *****, on October 16, 2022. After walking around the entire house and looking at specific areas that were particularly bad, they agreed that the house needed to be repainted and stated that the warranty would be honored. ***** indicated that they would put the house on their calendar for the first time in the Spring when the weather was suitable for painting since it was too late in the year to do the work. I asked them to put that statement in writing. She agreed, stating I would have something in the mail in a week. When nothing appeared in the mail by October 27, 2022, I called. She said they had been busy, and she would get it out right away. As of January 16, 2023, I still do not have that written agreement. I have made repeated calls (November 3, 2022, November 15, 2022, December 1, 2022. These calls were usually returned with a promise that the written document was coming. I called again on December 14, 2022, and indicated that I would be filing a complaint if I had not received this document by January 5 of 2023. The call was not returned, and I do not have a document at this point. I called one last time on January 16, 2023. The call was not answered; a message was left; no reply.I am concerned that since I cannot get a written statement that the house will be repainted per the warranty that they will not honor the warranty. (Cost of painting - $11, 075).
