    On 7/25/23, I ordered two kringles for Delivery on 8/2/23 through the business' online ordering system. To this date, I have still not received my order. I have been working through my credit card company to dispute the charge and my dispute was recently denied because the merchant told them no refund was due. The merchant has not provided any proof of a **** tracking number to show that the order was ever shipped or delivered. I attempted contacting this business at least four times directly; twice by phone to the phone number listed on their website, once by the contact form from their website, and once by email to the email address listed on their website which was never delivered. I responded to the denial of my credit card dispute; however, this business should absolutely be reported to the BBB.
