I adopted a kitten from the ************** on 8/4/23 . I was told that I would get a free first exam as long as I did it within the 30 days of adoption. I called ahead of time and asked them about the free exam and they said yes they offer that ,the girl took my cats first name and my phone number didnt ask me last name and didnt ask me what ************** I got him from. They didnt tell me to bring in any forms when we had the exam and went to check out because he needed some allergy medication. They tried charging me for the visit and I told him it was supposed to be free, and they said well do you have any of your paperwork? We have been going to this vet for years and I have probably been there six or seven times in the past year alone and they treat me like they dont even know me the girls are very rude at the counter , I sent them at least four confirmations saying that I adopted him they even sent him his microchip number and they said that wasnt enough proof saying that the exam was free even though I called ahead of time and asked. They have horrible customer service and communication skills. Also, the vet prescribed an allergy medication that I paid $13 for 30 tablets. It was an over-the-counter product I couldve gotten 100 tablets for under four dollars. I feel like they dont explain what theyre giving you and give you the option to get it outside of their office. I would actually like the whole amount I spent there refunded to me. This vets office is horrible and I will not be taking any of my pets here again.

We do honor the ************** ************** exams with the certificate that the humane society gives you.  If you do not have the certificate we can unfortunately not honor the free examination.  Medications dispensed as a result of the doctors finding in the exam are separate from the exam fee.
