  Had 5 small drip leaks items that I wanted fixed, they sent what I thought was a plumber to fix, never told us they were totaling estimates, three hours later nothings fixed. I had written instructions on what was to be fixed. One item was a little leaks that only happens when water runs, a leak the water meter in the house. Was told city issue for repairs. The other four were minor leaks they quoted $18,000!. This was for a new water heater, full tare out and remodel of just front surround and some of the piping in the shower. The sink drain was leaking a little, full floor tare up and redo of piping, the last was a leak by the cold water shut off to shower. It was small and was not leaking initially, tech did something to it, got a major leak started, and wanted to leave. We got them to fix the leak before leave which was replacing the value with pex which is fine if they didn't crimp the value on as it a level value it spins now on the pipe. The quote is ridiculous as one leak is now fix with $30 in pex materials. Showing the actual cost to fix the leak.

  Horrible craftsmanship. Caused damage to our residence. Not fixed even under warranty. Furnace and air conditioning not working. Large gas leaks. Water damage to that caused insulated duct work to sag and rip off our structure. Black mold growing in wall. Not properly running condensation line and putting it through a hole in the floor and then into a non functioning pipe also draining under the home. Wont fix it. Told us to do an insurance claim.might have installed the wrong size machine as well. Very expensive.

  *****, we've been to your property six times taking care of issues, so to say we won't fix anything is completely false. Additionally, every trip back to your property has been warrantied, meaning $0 charges to your family. There was significant water damage to your home prior to your furnace being installed, including your floor being rotten under the furnace, which we have documentation of. We ran the condensation line, per code, to an existing stand pipe from your previous laundry and we were unaware the pipe in the wall was compromised. We take great pride in our work and sticking behind it, which has allowed us to stay in business for over 106 years. Once again, we stand behind our work in your home, which is why we've made multiple trips back to your property to address issues that are popping up. Thank you.

  we are rehabbing a house. These guys did the complete plumbing and electrical redo. Great people to work with. Kept us up to date on progress and suggestions on what could be done to enhance the operation of our services. Estimates for each phase of the operation and professionalism of their techs from the start.
