We want you to be happy with each and every purchase with us. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased for any reason, we are happy to issue store credit for the cost of the original item (less shipping charges) upon return of the original product(s). Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made, we do charge a restocking fee. (see exceptions for returns below).
Store Policies on Exchanges:
You must have prior authorization.
You must contact us (see below) within 5 days of delivery. We will assign an RMA number for your item to be exchanged. Your return has 10 days from the date of approval to arrive at the designated shipping warehouse location. NOTE: Items to be exchanged must be in absolutely brand new condition and must be packaged in the same manner your order was shipped to you - with tissue paper - in a BOX - No Exceptions. We are not responsible for damage caused due to items not being properly packed for shipment.
Items ineligible for Exchange:
There are no exchanges on damage due to rough play, clearance or custom (color choice items) or pet clothing. If we made the mistake, of course we will cover all costs.
