      Horrible internet and customer service! Taking advantage of people outside of the city limits who dont have other options for internet service. Pay for 15 megabytes of service and am lucky to receive 5. Has been an ongoing issue since it was installed. Neighbor has it as well and has the same issues. Not getting anywhere near what we are paying for. And no one will come out to check anything out.
