    I had windows installed by Firkus Lumber this spring (April-may). 2 of the 3 windows were supposed to have screens. 1 of the 2 windows, I was able to get screens for after letting ****** know the screens weren't present. I've been waiting for screens (2 screens) for the last window (a bay window) since he installed them. My last contact with ****** at Firkus Lumber was July 6th. On July 6th, ****** informed me that he would be out on July 7th to check on the windows for replacing the screens. ****** left me a note saying the following- "I am getting ahold of the sales rep to get here asap to get the screens fixed'. I have called ****** once and left a message. I have also stopped down at Firkus lumber in person. No one has reached out to me with any updates. I paid for screens, ****** acknowledged that the screens should have come with the windows and at one point said he would pay for them himself if he had to. ****** ordered the windows through his supplier, Minkota Windows out of **********, Minnesota. My goal is to get the screens that are due with these windows asap. I currently feel that i am being avoided and that after 5 weeks no one has contacted me to get resolution on a product that I already paid for. I would like the screens to black, the exact same color of the windows and there should be two screens that are identical in size. I will not accept a screen that isn't the exact color or size. ** also suggest that next time ****** orders windows from his supplier, he confirms that all of the product is present before accepting the shipment from his supplier.
