    I took my vehicle in to get an oil change done at Eagle Express on 6/12/2024. Several months later my vehicle started leaking oil. I took it back to Eagle Express and they said it was 2 quarts low, added oil, but weren't sure why it was low. I then took it to Fire Stone on 12/11/2024 and was told the holding tank was cracked, which can happen when the cap is tightened too hard, because it is only supposed to be hand tightened. Fire Stone said this type of damage isn't common with my type of vehicle and that since it happened after the oil change it most likely was a result of a tork wrench being used to tighten the cap, instead of being hand tightened. They also said it can take a few months before it starts actually leaking, because the oil collects underneath before it starts leaking out. The damages cost $1224.00. My vehicle was fine before getting the oil change done at Eagle Express. I took the bill into Eagle Express and was told they had to contact someone higher up. I followed up with them a week later and they said they weren't going to pay for the damages done to my vehicle.
