  Time Servers was hired to clear sidewalk and driveway of snow at ******************************** ********* ** for 2023/24 winter season at a total cost of $300.00. Paid w/ check no, ****. Walk thru with Time Savers agreed on specified areas to be cleared. On Jan 12th/13th ****, Time Savers came to property and shoveled both half of driveway and half of the front sidewalk. Pictures available. We were not able to exit ********** with the car. Upon calling Time Savers to have them return to finish the job, Time Savers decided to cancel the contract and refund us $270.00. Text from Time Stating this available. Now Time Savers is refusing any refund saying job was properly done. Owner had to clear the sidewalk and driveway by themselves.

  Hello this clients contract was canceled due to demands wanting us to come back after snow plows leave and said we didnt go back far enough. My guys do a great job and that property was cleared from the day of the blizzard. As you can tell from the photos he posted the snow was cleared during the blizzard as stated in our contract that we will come around to keep up with blizzard. The snow kept falling as you tell from his photos that more snow fell and covered up our work and we was coming back after the snow fall stops as stated in contract. The snow on picture isnt snow from the blizzard which we had 13 of snow that day and dangerously freezing temperatures that followed. If we wouldve left 13 of snow on the property there wouldnt been away for them to even get out. The contract was canceled because of the client hostile behavior over the phone. And after farther review we decided not to refund the client anything because we came everytime it snowed and done our job we canceled due to high demands and the way his wife was talking to workers on the phone we came during the blizzard same day they complain we was out there. Our contract states we have the rights to cancel at anytime for any reason we feel. This client been canceled over a month again and didnt complain to bbb until now because we still have his neighbor on contract next door to him and he hates to see us still show up and his work isnt being done. His neighbor doesnt and havent had a problem with our work and none of our clients. This person have been a problem and thats why he was canceled and not owed a refund. We have lawyers and willing to fight it in court if we have to. He also have my address and email on the contract to send any legally documents of our wrong doing to us for review which he havent. At this time we will not be refunding this client and his contract will remain canceled.

  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
  
  Time savers did not do there job as contracted. As you can see from the pictures attached, TS did half of the required area agreed upon to be cleared. When the call was made to TS they said they were finished. Owner (66 years old) had to complete the shoveling so pedestrians could get by on the side walk and owner could get his car out of the garage. Reference to our neighbors is irrelevancy even though it took them a week to clear their driveway. As you can see from the text from TS they knew they did a bad job and wanted to refund us our money. Just because we sked them to come back and finish the job is no reason to cancel the contract.

  This client is a total lie and we will not longer keep responding to this complaint again they have a contract with company address and email for any complaints and concerns they had or have and no one contacted us at the correct address or email. We stated what happens and did our part we will not be refunding the clients at this time please feel free to take this matter up with ********* court system we do not owe this client anything and we are willing to go to court to handle this matter. Contacting the BBB isnt how this matter is handled and wont be handled if he if we are in the wrong please take us to court. We will not be refunding this client and we dont owe this client anything. If he feels this way which is not true he has every right to been contact us and he couldve been contacted BBB when this happened he only contacted BBB because yesterday it snowed and we did his neighbor snow which makes him upset. When have over 30 clients and this guy is the only one complaint because he was canceled. We canceled 6 other contracts and nobody sent us anything or made complaints. We are in the business to support peoples emotional rants. If we done wrong theres court for that not BBB which will not get me to go back on our decision. The contract was cancelled and thats it we will not refund this client.
