*************************** came to purchase a trailer in person on 5/15/23. It is stated on our website, as well as the offices in our showroom, that the only forms of checks we accept are Kenosha County personal/business checks or a certified bank check. We made an exception for *******, who was from *******, **, to allow him to use a personal/business check, and we would mail his Certificate of Origin out after **** business days once the check fully cleared our bank account. It was agreed upon, and he went the route of using a personal/business check. ******* called 5/30/23 very upset that he had not received his Certificate of Origin. Our employee explained to him over the phone that the Certificate of Origin would be mailed out that day, as this was business day 9 from the date the deposit (due to the holiday). The Certificate of Origin was mailed out on 5/30/23 and is on its way to *******.
