      I never complain about anything, and I always leave 5 stars reviews. But not this time with Kayser Ford of Sauk City. On Feb 27th,2024. I was told our shocks on my pre certified 2021 Escape with low miles had a leak. They said it was under warranty. So, we set up an appointment and had it done. Well, when we were going to pick it up, we got a phone call saying that the work was done but it wasn't under warranty that we owed $830+ on the work and shocks. They said they were sorry, but we owed them. I think they might have taken $40 off.... We have gotten to know a couple of the sales and maintenance people, but they wouldn't budge and said there was nothing they could do. We have bought at least 4 vehicles from Ford in Sauk City. I have been a Ford customer for 47 years and I have never been treated like this. Really, really frustrated by this. They aren't loyal to us the customer why should we be loyal to them.
