      We bought a replacement 24' x 48" pool from The Pool People in Stevens Point May 23, 2022. What a joke. Was told it could be installed by the end of July but I forgot to ask what YEAR. After many calls and excuses that the weather caused the delay I got a call in Sept. saying they were pretty much caught up & could be out the following week. When noboby showed up I called and was told that nobody had called me....It's on my phone....******. Brittany from scheduling said it was too late in the season but I would be at the top of the list. I know people are busy and can't find help and I don't like to keep calling. In the meantime I've got an ugly empty space in my deck and boxes that have been sitting in my living rooms a year and I get an email that it's scheduled to be installed July 2nd??????????????? That's at the top of your list? I've requested my money back and will look elsewhere for an installer. Do Not buy a pool from this company and expect good service.

      Worst Service Possible Bought a Pool filter/Pump and have been waiting for service for 4 months. Buy elsewhere/

      I bought a hot tub from them last winter. I was told I was going to receive it by the end of the summer 2021. It kept getting delayed so I ended up getting a different hot tub, a floor model. Otherwise it would have been many months longer. I filled it up and turned it on for the first time at the end of March 2022. Multiple jets didn't work. All but one of the lights didn't work. I was receiving multiple error codes. They sent a guy out to fix it, but he never fixed the lights. I got a bunch more error codes about 2 weeks ago. It was past the 90 days, so they charged me $260 to come out and "fix" it. Doug at the Schofield store told me that I would be getting all that back minus $125, assuming no major parts were needed. Ben at the Appleton office confirmed it was a deposit. But when it came te to pay, he said I owed the full $260. So very poor communication. By the way, all that was wrong was just the damn filters needed to be cleaned. I was cleaning them about every month at that point. I was told when I bought it to make sure they are cleaned every 3-4 months. The tech that came to fix it, told me they should be cleaned weekly. Ben told me every 3-4 weeks. So which is it guys?? Finally I just received an email on how much it would cost to fix the lights that never worked from the beginning. Here is that email... Chris, I have spoken with a technician and our servicing department. We estimate (barring unforeseen circumstances) that the repair of your LED lights would require roughly two hours of labor at $125 an hour. If new lights are needed, I would estimate that they would cost around $120 to order from the manufacturer. In total, we estimate a number around $370.
