      Cody was brought to my home restoration project by Service Master. The project required reroofing along with a chimney removal and seal up. I added siding and windows. The roofing portion of the project was done promptly and professionally. Then delays started to occur. The chimney seal up took about another month to be completed and siding materials were ordered. The materials were delivered around December 1, 2023 and I was told by Cody that they were going to do the work the following week. The materials are still stacked on my driveway as of January 8, 2024 and Cody has not responded to multiple calls requesting updates. I paid C&C 60% of the non-insurance portion of the work- about 20% of that work has been completed and the materials for the rest delivered.. I believe it fair to expect updates if the schedule is delayed and since Cody isn't returning my calls, and I have no other means of contacting anyone at C&C, I believe this is the only way to get their attention is via this review. Hopefully someone from C&C reads it. Cody has my phone number on his "business Phone".*************************************
