    Bad customer service. Shoddy product construction, DuraTrel has a surprisingly poor business model to sell this product - certainly from a customers viewpoint. The first trellis DuraTrel sent was defective (holes not positioned correctly). I was actually okay with that since anybody can make a mistake and they sent out a replacement piece with correctly positioned holes. After completely assembling the trellis, I tried to install the anchor pieces that would secure the trellis in the ground only to find that all 4 trellis uprights were too short and the anchor pieces would not hold so I tried to call DuraTrellis again (at 2:20 pm on a normal business day) but had to leave (an urgent) message. Three days later a woman finally phoned me back to tell me they were closed at the time I had phoned and left the message. While the product I received was definitely defective, I was lucky enough to be able to re-engineer it and finally get it installed - no thanks to the staff at DuraTrellis. I can only hope that the durability of the plastic it is made from exceeds the poor performance of their staff and the treatment they give their customers.

    The worse. I ordered the Mocha Vinyl Greenfield Potting Bench via Home Depot. The box arrived directly from Dura-Trel. A really long tubular box with no support for carrying. When I opened the box there were around 40 pieces of long beams and tubes that I was supposed to put together myself. I paid $190 for this. If that wasn’t the worse thing, they didn’t send any instructions or any of the nails, screws or connectors to put it together. I called Home Depot and they contacted Dura-Trel. Dura-Trel said they will send the missing screws and instruction manual in two days. Four days later nothing arrived. I ended up repackaging and sending it back. To this day, I still haven’t received the missing screws and manual. Obviously they never sent them. All this hassle took me 10 days when I could have ordered from a better provider. Don’t waste your time. Quality and customer satisfaction is not their goal.
