    DO NOT ORDER HERE Placed an order for a stroller on sale on Black Friday, card was charged immediately then was notified a few weeks later the item was back ordered. I followed up with them every few weeks to make sure the order was still being completed and was reassured many times I had nothing to worry about. In January when I followed up to let them know I was due in March they replied with We will get this to you with plenty of time to spare. Fast forward to FEBRUARY I received an email saying my order had been CANCELLED.I fully support small businesses, and its usually a good thing when companies like this are busy. But it is clear to me this particular company is incapable of running their business in a professional manner with their customers as their priority. Try calling their store to speak with a representative and you will not be helped.

    They will charge your card when you place the order but then delay for weeks without shipping. They did refund my order after 2 weeks, but technically they should not charge your card until they can ship. Don't waste your time.

    They sent out a misleading text saying that you would get a discount on any full price item and then when u go on their website it sets a price limit. False advertising.
