The customers first order was for low Super 60 socks, midweight. His second order was for the same style but a quarter height, also a midweight. He felt and said they were thinner but after a QC check the socks are the exact same except for the height difference he ordered. There was nothing wrong with the Craftsmanship of the socks, so the Craftsmanship Warranty was not an issue, and our return policy (completely separate form) is directly on the website for returns for consumers to read before ordering. Returns must be in new condition and re-salable per sanitary reasons. The customer never entered a return on the website, so it was never able to be reviewed by customer service whether they qualified for a return or not. The only communication via email we have with this customer was him asking for a discount on his order shortly after placing the order which was granted and refunded.

The customer may do a return for items not wanted or needed that fall under these criteria stated in Wigwam's return policy - Opened, ripped, or torn from package without original tags (3 or 6 packs plastic bags and tape bands opened or ripped and plastic dart removed from single sock packages are to be assumed as opened and worn therefore unreturnable), tried on (worn) and laundered socks will NOT be accepted as returns due to health and sanitation reasons. If it cannot go back into inventory just as it was received, the item will NOT be refunded.

He ordered 3 packs of socks so any unopened packs will qualify for a return.

These do not fall under the Craftsmanship Guarantee since they are a first quality sock with no defects.

This is not a satisfactory resolution. You sold me an inferior product. Take responsibility.
