      I ordered and paid for a 22 Ride Cymbal from them on 27 March 2025 through Reverb. I waited for 7 days and didnt hear anything back from them so I sent them a message (04 April 2025) to inquire about my purchase. They told me that it was shipped out that day and I even received a message from them stating so with a tracking number. A couple of days went by and I checked the tracking number and it said they do not have the package in their possession. So not liking being lied to I sent them a message saying since they have not shipped it I would like a refund so I could purchase one from a reputable seller. I have got no response. So a couple more days went by and I contacted Reverb and explained my situation. They said since they have not shipped it in a timely manner they would contact them and recommend them giving me a refund. They have got no response from these people either. I tried calling there phone number to try to resolve this and give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to explain , but they do not answer the phone number either it goes straight to voicemail. Not returning any messages or answering calls leads me to believe they are trying to rip me off

      I sincerely apologize for the issue with ******** order the order was fully refunded on April 9th, I am a one man store and I was taken in to hospital by ambulance to have emergency kidney surgery and was therefore out of action for 10 days where I was not in any condition to respond. I do apologize for this issue and I refunded the order at the earliest opportunity possible. Thanks
