      Paid in CASH. Will be repotting him to the *** also as this money has not been returned so should be considered income by a theft. 1) Bathroom remodel 3 wk job took 5 mths with an unusable bathroom due to poor workmanship, plumbing and electrical. Poor to horrible tile work, grout poorly done and leaving residue, Plumbing: valve inset to far so faucets leak, plumbing done and hes not licensed plumber, shower head arm not anchored so it giggles, the electrical he started was questionable and not licensed electrician. A redo is needed by a qualified licensed contractor, which it turns out he is not.inspector has notified *** not to do work in plymouth again. Inspector saw the work and saw the issues and short cuts 2). 2 additional contracts were signed and 50% down for these two jobs plus the bathroom **** that is not usable.He notified us that he was finishing the initial bathroom and backing out of the other two signed contracts. And has failed to return our money for these two contracts. Our attorney sent him a letter stating the issues and also to return the money. He has failed to reach out to resolve the issues and failed to return the deposits for the other two other jobs he was hired for. Due to not returning our $$ it is now considered Theft and will be reported to police. Unless immediately returned.3) We ran into an issue with immediately with ***. He was to order the flooring and I would call and pay by credit card. Instead he decided to pay for the flooring and we had to repay him. This was not agreed upon! We asked for receipts for flooring. Failed yo deliver We then asked numerous time for him to bring a box or sample of the flooring to see that it was correctly ordered it took him over 3 mths to bring us a box of the flooring and it turned out to be the incorrect flooring that the three of us had agreed upon. He was asked to return the flooring so we could get the money back and order elsewhere. He has never refunded our money. He failed to deliver product or refund us this too is THEFT! And will again he reported to the police.
