    I ordered a super large supreme pizza and said please don’t be shy with the toppings over the phone and the girl that took my order said the wrong thing and with it being so loud in the background, I thought she said my order and when we got the pizza it was half cheese and have supreme. First off I never said the words half or cheese when ordering. They messed up and said they were not going to fix it and were quite rude as well. We walked up to the counter and said what I ordered and she said something and I didn’t quite understand but when we got home it was the wrong order and we went back and asked them to please fix our order. I even called ahead of time to tell them it was the wrong order and they said I’d have to pay for the actual pizza I ordered. The manager said for us to bring back the wrong pizza and give it to them and then pay for the pizza we ordered in the first place. Not even a reimbursement of the money I paid for their screw up. That’s stealing my money and that is theft and illegal. They have lost our business and I will spread this news of how we were treated through word of mouth. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by any restaurant I’ve ever been too. I will not go back to Fay’s pizza again. THEY NEED TO LEARN MANNERS AND FIX SCREW UPS THEY MADE.

    They literally just tried charging me almost twice what they're Menu said then the Manger Peter just hung up on me told me I can pay what he says or I don't need any pizza!!! Are you kidding me that's against the law and if you don't believe me check there menu and try to order something. Something better be done cause it's bs. And only let 1 star cause I had to.
