Just installed my second peragon bed cover on my recently purchased f-350 longbed. My first one was on a 2006, Dodge ram 3500, longbed. Had it eighteen years. Very useful and totally functional. Enjoy the ability to cover a third of my bed while towing my fifth wheel. It's durable, smooth functioning and attractive.

Peragon has an excellent customer service team to match an excellent product. The cover I received paired perfectly with my vehicle and installation was easy with the help of Peragons video library and troubleshooting documentation. I must say, I love this bed cover. It looks great, functions well, locks, which is important to me, and gives me more peace of mind when I travel with cargo. The only downside I have encountered is that when things shift in the bed they can get where the slats need to fold down, making it impossible to open, and also difficult to reach the item in question. I fixed this by adding a 2x4 behind the wheel well so items don't end up back there. All in all an excellent bed cover. I love it and would recommend to anyone who wants to add a serious upgrade to their beloved work truck.Peragon Enterprises, Inc.

I love to be able to buy from an American company! The cover is very well made and was easy to install! Using it is a breeze also. We pull our fifth wheel camper and it is completely out of the way while the camper is hooked up and when it’s unhooked we can close the cover and everything inside the truck bed is safe and secure. I had a bit of an issue but it was taken care of right away no problems at all! Just explained the problem and they fixed it. Just installed my paragon truck bed cover. It was easy to install, and looks great. I havent had it in but an hour, so I cannot speak on the durability yet, but it seems well made and like it will last a while. The cover did arrive with a small dent, but I dont know if it was packaged that way or if it happened during shipping. I am not too concerned about it, being that the cover is on a work truck and will surely get more debts as time goes on. Instillation was fairly easy, took me and a helper about an hour. Will drag the truck through a car wash tomorrow to see how the seals hold up against water. So far 5 stars for sure, looks great on the truck and seems sturdy! The ******* videos were a great help, recommend watching those to help with install. Item takes a while to ship and arrive since they make them to order, small price to pay for what seems like a great product. Would recommend to friends.Peragon Enterprises, Inc.

I love the look of the product but had a small issue with a part. **************** was incredible and after contacting them and having them look at the issues via photos they are sending me a new replacement part. Total time from contacting them, to Peragon sending me a new part was less than 24 hours. This company is whole reason behind buying American made. I have had the cover for about 7 months at time of issue. The paneling came apart in two places while extending it out which to me is a catastrophic failure for a bed cover. After multiple reach outs Peragon is not willing to due anything to resolve the issue. I bought the top of the line cover with 5 year warranty but instead im left with a $1300 scrap due to them not willing to do anything to help. 2015 silverado short bed, look elsewhere for a quality company.Peragon Enterprises, Inc.

Here is what we have so far:It looks like you contacted us on May 2nd, which was about eight months after you received your cover, and again on August 7th. Our notes from May 2nd are that you had concerns about water leakage and had removed the Peragon cover from your truck. Eight months is beyond our return policy, but we offered to provide troubleshooting support and requested photos of your cover so we could assist, which we haven't received.The panel pins coming apart will not happen in normal use with a properly functioning cover, so we can absolutely help figure out why that happened and work with you to prevent it from happening again.We are always happy to take as much time in support and provide replacement parts where needed to take care of a customer!
