      Shortly after epoxy coating my porch the clear coat started peeling off.i sent him pictures of it and he said he would come out and reseal it.ive since tried contacting him about when he was coming and now he doesn't answer my calls.

      On 10-15-2022 rec'd and accepted a proposal to epoxy our garage floor. The date this was to be done was Tuesday 10-25-2022. The company complained that his vehicle died in traffic and was to arrange another means to get to our house. We understood. However, there were multiple times that we did not hear back from him on a timely basis and more excuses were being made for not being able to get over to us and do the job. Some of the excuses were his transmission went out. He was dealing on a different vehicle. He was waiting on a replacement transmission. He was waiting on a ***** to replace his transmission. After phone calls and e-mails asking status and if he did not want to do the job to let me know and refund my $1000.00 down payment. Nov 14, 2022, I emailed him saying we were done waiting and want our $1000.00 back. I gave him a deadline of November 29th and have not rec'd the check yet. I mentioned legal procedures which I did not hear anything back from him. I just want my $1000.00 back and we have had the work completed by another more expensive company but more reliable and good to work with. We had previously done business with this individual and it went fine. We had an issue come up a year after this work and had a problem getting him back to resolve that issue. We went with him this time because he was to be more cost effective so gave him another chance. Just want my $1000.00 back. All this time, our garage has been cleared out & the garage contents have been sitting outside.
