      Had ROOF- Shingles replaced. New. Used Vista Great grade supposedly. The workers and crew knew NO ENGLISH!! None. No easy way to communicate. Lead ******** (?) was here shortly. Crew broke and cracked my nice SIDING with pitchforks. Roof still leaking. Called within a week and when the crew came back, tried to say I had a siding issue! They did the damage, not realizing I had taken BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES. Nothing was broken before. They came out a second time and broke more of our house siding!! I reported it to *********************** No response yet. I will update.

      Working with ******** on what did happen. He did find the leak and worked on sealing the hole, which was in a different area than where we were replacing the roof. ******** has his pictures from before and after. **** has been in communication with *****.

      As of this date 8-11-2024  **** *. The guy who came out last, week was told NOT to talk to me. I asked to have the roof repaired so it does not leak. It still leaks bad. **** will not talk to me he said, he was advised by someone not to talk to me!

      As of this date no one from the company has called me.  Ive call several times to talk to upper management.( texted ) many times to the main office.

      This was not satisfied as Id oct 6 2@24. They reroofed half of my roof. They were supposed to give me the rest I owed off and never discounted it. It hadnt rained so I do not know if it leaks. ***** the manager/ owner said Other  companies would not do anything to repair my work and that I was getting a good deal by him trying to fix this issue. I was taken aback by his statement.

      I initiated the ordering and replacement of two gliding windows at my home on July 31, 2023. I made a $1,000 downpayment to get the windows ordered and get them replaced. They ensured that the windows could be installed by the end of the year. Looking at case studies, a window replacement project from order to installation could take typically 12 to 15 weeks. It has now been 30 weeks since I ordered the windows and they're telling me that installation still won't be until sometime this summer (so close to a year since I made the order.) It's hard to get the contractor to contact me. In fact, it took months and many calls to get the contractor back out to do final measurements on the windows so that they could be ordered.
