    We just had our second floor done by RI Floor Epoxy. The first floor was done in the summer of 2022. We love the appearance and that it is not at all slippy even when wet. It is very easy to keep clean. The salt and sand from the winter didn’t hurt the floor at all. RI did such a good job that we decided to ask him to do the garage floor at our cottage up north. Mike agreed and sent his employee Spencer. Spencer spent three days up north installing our floor. He was a perfectionist. He has an eye for detail and checked and double checked each step of the process to make sure everything was perfect. He could not have done a better job. The floor is impressive. I highly recommend RI Floor Epoxy for a professionally installed premium epoxy floor. Give Mike a call. He is easy to talk to and will explain why the product he uses in the very best.

    Expect to be ignored.Had epoxy flooring installed in the main floor of our house. They got epoxy on our walls, doors and toilet. Lots of bubbles. They tacked the carpet from the stairs right into the epoxy floor, sticks and sand stuck in the epoxy and other issues. Was told that the installer "was going through some things." We were given a discount based on the issues which we accepted.Flash forward 3 years when the floor is peeling up on the edges and in the corners and cracking in areas, I reach out to the owner. It took 4 months just to get him to come look at the issues. Then after 9 months of contacting him every few weeks to try to schedule repairs, he no longer responds. Lots of excuses at all turns.
