    Doug did a great job, quickly, efficienty, and cleaned up all traces of the install when he was done. Took the time to explain the new equipment and what to expect. I highly recommend Water Heater Express!

    Doug was phenomenal to work with from start to finish. Express Plumbing was assigned by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. He contacted me on the weekend to discuss the issue and schedule an appointment. He explained the process, discussed an approximate timeline, and provided regular updates along the way. He responded to my questions in a timely manner and with detailed explanations. He was friendly, professional, and did a phenomenal job. I wish he did more than just water heaters because I’d hire him for all of my plumbing projects!
