    On July 18th of 2023 or earlier I called Cyclone Fence to get an estimated on Privacy Fence for the front two sides of my home with chain length along the back portion of yard. I received an email from the company on July 20th with an estimate for $2213 I replied asking does this quote include the Privacy for the front two sides of my property. After not receiving a response I received a text message from the estimator to go over what I was looking to do. I then received another email on July 28th with an estimate for $6941. I called an expressed that quote was more than the previous quote they told me let them see what they can do on the price. I then received yet another quote on August 3rd for $5310 and a text message with screen shot of my property showing the work that was going to be performed. After multiple conversations I agreed I would remove the two privacy gates in the front of my property and just go with the 5ft high black chain length fence for the first quoted price of $2213. I searched the for the first email and accepted the quote. On Sept 13th I received a text message that you are now up on our installation list and ready in one week I replied perfect I am off work Wednesday which would work best for me to be home he responded telling me to get a permit. On Sept 25th he let me know I was set up for install for tomorrow he then has my approve the estimate again for the installation they arrive today to complete the install and being to tell me they are only doing the front two gates and not the back I immediately pull up the email showing what was discussed on multiple occasions along the the text message with the picture of my property showing the work I agreed to have preformed. The installer pulled up the same emails and screen shot of my property and stated we are only here to do the front two gates and not the back portion. I said that is not what was discussed on numerous conversations they wanted me a pay a additional $4000 to complete

    The consumer would like clarification on why there was miscommunication about fencing in the back of the yard, as we are near the end of the season to complete the work.

    We sent ***** many quotes, and after not having the budget for a large project, he ended up approving our quote for 13 of fence by the front of his home. The day before we sent a crew out, we asked him to please review the proposed quote to make sure everything looked good. ***** told us that it did. When the crew came out ***** was displeased as he wanted his entire yard fenced in which was around 84. We gave him a price for the entire yard of 84 the day a crew was out (which we had sent him before but was not approved) then ***** said he was going to contact the BBB for miscommunication We did install a fence for ***** and did not bill him for anything. ***** is not a customer of ours.
