    We rented their cabin for May 26 to May 28 2023. Rental agreement said no pets allowed. We did not take our pets we left them home with our son. We had to provide our own linens. We took clean linens that had some pet hair apparently. On May 31 they charged my debit card ****** which put my account over drawn, because their cleaning person accused ** of having our pets there. Apparently there was excessive pet hair and they need to clean extra. They wanted to refund me only ****** and told them NO! We did not have pets there. Their rental agreement didnt say that the linens had to be pet hair free and if theyre that worried about it they should provide the linens and charge a fee. Thank you Charity *****

    ************ signed and agreed to our rental policy that does state no pets. It also states the cabin should be left in good condition. You can see the policys she signed that are attached in the photo. The morning after ceck out I went to clean the cabin. It had a very strong odor of wet dog and urine. I swept up three dust pans full of long white dog hair. See the attached dates and timed photos. There was hair on the furniture as well. In our opinion it was evident a pet was in the cabin. The client says they did not bring their pet. Due to this statement I offered to split the cleaning fee with her as the cabin now required steam cleaning of the sofas and mattresses and the cabin was not rentable in its current condition. ************ was very rude and uncooperative   She agreed to our policies when renting the cabin twice. Once when she booked and the second time at check in. Due to her threats we decided to refund her the entire amount and ************ will not be welcome to rent our cabin in the future.
