    I had money to pay in full but this company in the year 2023 doesnt have anything beside bring them cash to their office, no options to pay online/electronically

    Self Storage Group only accepts cash, money order and check (only when customer is current and not past due).  ******************** had not paid his rent for March through July 2023 which put him in default and was scheduled for auction July 18th 2023 @ 1:30pm.  ******************** was aware of the ************* of the auction and the amount need in cash or money order  in order for his unit to not go to auction.  We did receive a call on July 18th from ******************** and we told him that we would need full payment in cash or money order before the his scheduled auction time of 1:30.  He said he would not make it in time.  By law we are not able to extend time once an auction has been scheduled.

    I simply want my belongings back, their means of excepting payments from customers is unacceptable.
