Took my vehicle in for service engine light was told by the front desk guy that it was my 02 senor that needs to be replaced. He charged me $301 to fix it so I paid to have it fixed because I need to pass emissions.First call from them was they got the wrong sensor for my vehicle so I had to ***** longer. I was cool with that and waited then they told me my vehicle was ready and to drive 50 miles to pass emissions. I couldnt even drive down the block and service light came back on for the same problem. I brought vehicle back and the guy at front desk checked and told me he just had to relearn the sensor and I should be good to go. I then started to drive again light came back on for same problem. I came back to shop Thursday just to find out they put a bad 02 sensor in my vehicle. Now Im paying for ride back and forth and late for work over this and now hes telling me I still have to ***** another day for 02 sensor when I paid already for a same day job. This is very unprofessional and not good business I want my car fixed right away or my refund back right away Ill go somewhere ******* not happy and this is costing me more than they charged me with the back and forth This is a professional shop and they cant even get a simple 02 sensor correct.

    Hello sir,

First Id like to apologize for any inconvenience you mightve encountered at our shop. I would like to emphasize the point you failed to mention here which is that your vehicle came in with three fault codes not one. We started with the oxygen sensor Issue and that was absolutely fixed two out of the three codes did not come back. The third code was indicating that your engine is running too lean, and we proposed to Do an air intake, leak smoke test and which was declined by you. I understand that the first sensor took Longer to show up, but that was my parts suppliers issue. It was completely out of our control as we had ordered the correct sensor, but they sent us a miss-boxed sensor (the number on the part did not match the number on the box) we didnt order the wrong one we go by a catalog and diagrams when ordering parts for any vehicle but stuff like this happen every now and then. I sincerely dont feel like the shop did anything wrong in the process. You were told that you had three codes and you were told that the oxygen sensor is an issue and it sure was as no codes for the oxygen sensor came back. The third code came back as that indicated you have an air leak in your engine vacuum system. if any part of this wasnt clear enough Im happy to provide more information and details to clarify any gray areas in this matter.

front desk *** told first time I came there was only one code the 02 sensor. I picked it up came right back because the light came right on when pulled out. When I came back the second time he said yea he must of got a bad sensor after he checked it the second time he stated it was a defected sensor so I had to waiting the following week. Came back the third time then he stated theres three codes but the 02 sensor was working the third time and then he said I had a vacuum leak and he would smoke test it but he doesnt know what he was talking about I took it to St fancis Autos and they tested it for leaks and tested the Vacuum leak test and found that it wasnt any leaks. The car needed spark plugs and wires they found out and they fixed the problem. Now tec way gave me the run around and if the *** at the front desk doesnt know about cars he shouldnt be the one speaking on whats wrong. The *** at the front desk was clueless and couldnt give me correct answers so its his fault not mines of course i refused any farther services the *** didnt know what to say about my car. I have money and money isnt a issue when I bring my car to the shop I ask for them to tell me whats wrong and Ill fix the problem. Dont tell me its one thing then later say its other issues tell me whats wrong with everything if they wouldve gave me all the codes at once on the vehicle at first I wouldve paid for them to do all the codes they didnt. I still have the paper from the first time I went and it only say 02 senors and thats what I paid for. If they wouldve had other codes on there I wouldve paid for all the codes to get fixed. The *** at the front desk didnt do his job correctly and Im still not happy!
