  Many companies claim they want their customers to be happy...MKE Design Build ensures it! Working with MKE Design and Build was truly a pleasure. Throughout our kitchen remodel, MKE listened carefully to understand the vision we were trying to create. They were thoughtful and creative with suggestions and solutions, patient as we worked through details and made decisions, and understanding with requested changes. From start to finish, we felt as though we were full partners, working toward a shared goal and MKE helped execute our vision into what is now our dream kitchen. A couple months ago our kitchen was down to the studs. Today it is a space that far exceeds even our most optimistic vision. This doesn’t happen by accident. It begins at the top with a positive “can do” company culture cultivated by the owners and includes their entire highly capable team including the ever patient and empathetic project manager as well as the highly skilled carpenters and tradespeople. While most of the remodel went well, every project, no matter how big or small, invariably faces some challenges. In short, things happen! And when they do, you want to be working with a company that truly cares about your needs and is willing to work with you to find solutions that are satisfactory...to you. There are many companies out there that will tell you what you want to hear to get your business. There’s one company, MKE Design Build, that will ensure you are happy and completely satisfied with their work. We recommend them to others and would have no hesitation hiring them again for other projects in our home. In fact, we’ve already discussed two.

  This is our second project with MKE Design and we were so happy we were able to work with them again for our kitchen remodel . We had a tight budget for this project and fortunately they were able to work with us within that. Michelle and Rebecca did an amazing job of putting together designs to choose from for our small kitchen. Theresa and Matt did a great job with communication about the project and weekly updates. Any issues that came up or questions we had Theresa quickly addressed issues/responded in a reasonable about of time. The team stayed on the timeline that they had projected for the project and we had no unforeseen delays. We are so happy with our new kitchen! Just a tidbit of advice for those looking to remodel: be very realistic about costs. Kitchen remodels cost way more than we were thinking and so when looking for companies be upfront with your max budget. It'll save you and the contractors time in the long run :)

  We've been through several renovations with MKE and could not be more thrilled with their level of service and results. Every project was planned and designed with easy (dare I say fun??) collaboration between us and the MKE team. More than a few times, I've had a very specific idea for how a space would be used or look and each time they delivered on my vision. They worked with us to make sure projects fit our budget, space out projects so we could continue to live at home during the construction, and make adjustments as needed along the way. Their team has been extremely responsive to our questions and concerns--even our smallest nitpicks got immediate attention. Our last project with MKE ended about 9 months ago, but just this week we asked them a question about our window screens and got a same-day answer. Maybe most importantly: every one of our projects was completed on time and within budget (!)

  MKE Design Build was amazing to work with for our home renovation project. From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic. We were able to work with the team at MKE Design Build to customize our project based on the factors important to us.Once the work began on our project, the team was accessible for any questions we had and communicated what to expect regularly. No work was done without it being communicated to us that someone was going to show up on a given day at a given time or time-range. There were no instances of a contractor randomly showing up unannounced.The team also did their best to minimize the disruption to our lives while the project was being completed.We had a phenomenal experience with MKE Design Build, and they will definitely be our first call for any other projects we look to complete in the future.

  MKE Design Build did an amazing job with our 2nd floor remodel. Everyone agrees the new space is stunning! They were incredibly communicative at all points in the process and stayed on timeline, which is almost unheard of with contractors these days. We would absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend them!
