  Total predatory towing company Will only let you pay cash. Even though there is a card reader at the counter. I visually seen it. Take pictures of his special tow truck its one weve all seen before but he will claim it as speical use and charge you an outrageous amout for the tow. Shame on local businesses who call this towing service on people. There are much more reputable towing companies in ******************** *****

  He attempts to bully and intimidate you when you pick your vehicle up. Feels like hes holding your car hostage. My vehicle was towed and wasnt supposed to be towed. Dont go to Kents alone. His assistant had some sort of DIY ****** in his hand when he took me back to the enclosed yard. Call the police if you feel threatened. They are well aware of this and have been called here on multiple occasions. He also charges more than the state allowable rate of a tow -320 CASH only instead ($150). Claims special equipment charge and then doesnt provide a receipt.

  Like everyone else here...KENT is a disgusting, power-hungry individual who gets off on taking advantage of people. I had an alarming experience while dropping my son off at The Reserve Apartments in Stevens Point. The rude and completely unprofessional behavior of Kent probably would not have elicited a written complaint, but many of their actions made me fear for my personal safety, to the extent that I filed a complaint with the police. Upon arriving, Kent was very rude and accusatory. He allowed me to look at my car myself but was told I couldn't touch my car ...again harassing me. I was accompanied by two men, one repeatedly beating a stick in his hand, to the gated area where my vehicle was kept. I wanted my son to accompany us but they did not allow my son to accompany me for ‘security reasons. They made a specific point of slamming the gate behind us while talking to each other in a way that felt menacing. When it came time to pay, they indicated the charge would be ‘more than normal since I argued’ even though I was only asking for the opportunity to prove the parking sticker had simply fallen off the window. They refused to take my debit card and in this instance, Kent said that he would ONLY accept cash from me...This man is a disgrace and a threat to the community and to the women he preys on through his towing service. Shame also that The Reserves Apartments using his service for towing students. I saw them towing several cars while parents were trying to move in their kids. Kent seemed to get much pleasure in punishing people as he held all their cars for basic ransom...btw The Reserve Apartments are also at fault for not providing better parking stickers that adhere more securely...Later I saw that many cars had taped the stickers to the windows which to me implied they had also been towed or warned of Kent...I wouldn't put it past the apartments to be in cahoots with Kent's on sharing the money taken from the towing.
