     I hope you're doing well. We have made every effort to address ******* ***** recent complaint; however, we have been unable to locate his reservation due to insufficient information, particularly the confirmation number. Our team has attempted to reach him multiple times by phone, and we also sent an email requesting the confirmation number to proceed further. As of now, we have not received any response or update from him.

    Kindly provide us with HIS confirmation number or any additional details regarding his stay. This will allow us to investigate the matter and assist you properly. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving this for you.
