    Domino's should be held criminally negligent for providing such poor service and horrible food. I placed an order. About 20 minutes after I placed the order, It was quality checked at 7:14 pm and sat in the store for over 45 minutes. Then I phoned them. In the recent past, orders were sitting and the food was terrible, so I stopped ordering from them for a while. I was on the phone on hold for over 15 minutes, now my dinner sat there for over an hour after QC. I told the girl that answered the phone the food would be terrible. She said they would remake it and send it out fresh. I agreed the order should be sent out fresh, but I felt I should not have to pay for the order that was placed almost an hour and a half earlier, and still had not left the store. She told me that she could either have the order remade and sent out fresh or give me my money back. This was not acceptable to me and she got the manager on the phone. He hung up on me. At Domino's they believe they are doing you a big favor by sending food out freshly made, even if the order was placed an hour and half earlier. I did not waste one more minute trying to call them back after the manager hung up on me, I got up and went to Burger King for dinner. I left ******'s a note telling them to return the order to the store, I will never order from them again. When I returned about 20 minutes later, no delivery was left. I want a formal apology. I am not one of the young college kids in ********************, I know how businesses should conduct themselves. Domino's should have remade the order fresh, sent it out right of way free of charge and apologized. This gets even better, I just checked my credit card about a week later and they charged me for an order that I did not accept. How dare they. I am so angry I contacted discover and disputed the transaction. I was so upset that I phone the manager and tried to tell him what happened and he hung up on me twice.

    Good **************************************** **** reached out to ***** and gave a formal apology regarding the poor service, poor quality of food, and poor communication. In addition to the apology, the order was refunded and a card was sent out for a free meal. ***** appeared happy and satisfied with the resolution.
