    We have had Trzinski Tax Service file our taxes for the last 10+ years and this year we provided them our tax documents and they have not filed our taxes. We found this out through the *** website and have attempted to reach Trzinski Tax Service 7 times within the last 3 weeks. We have not received any response or even acknowledgment of our calls/emails. We suspect there is also an issue with our 2021 tax returns, as our federal refund was returned to the *** and we cannot find out why. We want to get our personal tax information back from this business and rectify their wrong doing. We have searched their service online and found multiple reviews of them doing this same thing to numerous other people. We have paid their business hundreds of dollars to assist in our tax needs and they have not upheld what we paid for in 2022.

    This letter is in response to a complaint filed by ****************************. In response to her requesting a refund, I'm not quite sure where that would come from, as we have not been paid to do their 2022 income tax return. We request payment for that after completing their tax return, which has not yet happened. Mr. and *************** dropped off their information to us February 21 2023. upon looking over their information, we noticed there may be some missing documentation. A voicemail was left with ************** requesting this information around March 8 2023, and then again around April 14 2023 since we had not heard back from them after the first voicemail. Documentation can be provided for all of this if needed. We had not heard back from them until just recently when we were out of the office for Summer vacation. Upon getting back an email was sent to *************** in response. As far as their refund for 2021, they received a direct deposit for the full amount of their refund of $1523 on October 5 2022. There were many delayed refunds for 2020 and 2021 due too many factors. Once we file a tax return, it is in the hands of the *** as to when they issue the refund.

    I have been using Trzinski Tax services (****** Trzinski) for my small business. Due to him not getting all information and whatever else needed to the *** in time and continuously, my tax refunds have been held plus I keep getting penalized. They are stating I owe over $5000.00 and thats not true. I have done what I need to do and I gave Trzinski 's the rest to handle for me. I'm paying for this service but not getting any help and I am afraid I'm going to get in serious trouble. I have repeatedly called ****** and *** about this issue and my calls are not being returned anymore. This has been going on for sometime and I don't know what else to do anymore. I feel whatever I'm being charged by the *** and that business should now be paid by them. I am a hard working person just trying to make it like everyone else in this world. I deserve to have the money owed to me but I'm not getting it because this business isn't taking care of this issue. I'm being penalized not only by the *** but this business also. I don't want to get in trouble for their mistakes. I don't want to have to owe money because they are not doing the service I'm paying for. Please help me.
