    This company called me said they installed my water softner (which was a lie) it was installed 3 years ago by another company. Said they service it for free. The owner had me come down had it all apart said I needed a new unit. Cost would be 9,800 but give me 2,000 for my old equipment. I didn't know what to do or what the cost were. So I wrote a check. My husband said he quoted him at 5,500 . Now I'm suspicious started calling around 3 different company's they all came in under 3,000 this guy also owns ********** ***** and has done this to other older customers. Also when I told him I'm canceled the check come get your stuff he come back to the house and conforted me so I backed down because it made me uncomfortable...It's elder abuse as far as I'm concerned
