      I had a highly disappointing experience with Jennifer Much Creative. Communication was a major issue. Responses were slow and often unhelpful. Jenn failed to keep me informed about the status of my project, leaving me in the dark for weeks at a time. The follow-through on promises was almost non-existent without any explanation, apology, or accountability. In the end, just not worth the time or money I invested. I love to patronize small businesses but sadly, my advice to others is to steer clear. Interestingly, after leaving a ****** review, Jenn somehow was able to write a lengthy response within 3 hours?? Too bad she couldn't be that prompt with what I had paid her to do.

      While I already responded to this exact same review on ******* I will post my response to you here as well.

      I'm sorry that you feel you had a poor experience with my service. As a micro small business, I work exceptionally hard to offer affordable creative services for all my clients, including you. While I value all feedback, I'd like to take a moment to address yours.

      First, you state there has been lack of communication on my part, however, when I emailed you as recent as this morning, I received no reply and instead hours later, you leave me this review. Project updates are always posted on a client's account for their convenience. It is the fastest way for me to relay information about a specific project. My business hours were also limited for the summer months. This notice was posted in advance in late May on my website. Like for most businesses, responses are subject to their open hours of operation.

      Additionally, I drove 3.5 hours which was 198 miles one way (7 driving hours total with 396 miles roundtrip) to photograph your business. You weren't even charged a travel fee which discounted your session. I then happily spent over an hour photographing different parts of your business, details, doing your headshots, and any spontaneous requests you had. By that evening, as promised, I had a sneak peek of edited images online for you to use along with a print release.

      While I understand it's impossible to be perfect, I am passionate about offering my talents to others despite my disability. It's unfortunate that you don't feel there was any value in all the work I did for you but your feedback will inspire my growth.
