    On July 23rd I submitted payment of $80 to this company for a night guard, 3mm dual laminate, upper. I received the kit with all the contents to complete an impression of my upper teeth to send back to the company for a night guard. Prior to sending the impression back I sent an email with a question about the impression itself, this was on 8/3/22. I did not receive any response. I sent another email on 8/4/22 letting them know I would be sending back my impression but did still have a question. I never received a response. On 8/5/22 I mailed the impression back. On 8/8/22 I sent a test message and called the number provided. No response to the text message and the phone number says "the person you are calling is not receiving messages right now". I made several other calls to the number as well during this time but the message is always the same. On 8/9/22 I sent another email asking for a response. I never received a response. On 8/15/22 I sent another email asking for a response. I never received a response. I sent another email today (8/17/22) and another text message. No response. The phone number still indicating no messages at this time. I'm not sure what else to do. I only have ******************************************************************* I am not happy with the product and at this point don't even want to bother with an exchange given their lack of customer service.

    I have checked my emails and cannot find any emails from this customer, I also checked my spam mail which is where I found the email from the BBB.  I have also recently updated the phone number for the business.

    I did receive an email from the app company I use for my customer reviews; this is how I was made aware the customer was not happy. 


    I immediately reached out to the customer in regards to her order.I offered to either replace or refund her order. She replied that she wanted a refund which was done immediately.


    I have always provided my business customers with a quality product and quick responses to customer needs. I have ******************** reviews as well as man repeat customers.
